Pavillon Ledoyen.

Since 2014, Yannick Alléno is in charge of the kitchen of Pavillion Ledoyen, which includes 3-star restaurant Alléno Paris with 45 seats in the centre of Paris, at the Champs-Elysées. He manages this historic building measuring of more than 2,200 m2, showing his creative energy in every corner. L’Alléno Paris, situated on the 1st floor of the Ledoyen-pavillion, in a magnificent and yet intimate room, of which the decorative woodwork is protected as a historic monument, every detail is carefully arranged for an exceptionally gastronomic appearance. Fabrics, devised by Kostia and produced by the Montex-ateliers are there to upgrade and thus contribute to social discretion. In the modern kitchen he uses, he adds the excellence of his learning years to the greatest chefs and all avant-garde of his approach. The Extractions bring the sauces up-to-date, the fermentations instil the terroirs and the services follow each other in lightness. Every dish is constructed, structured, professionally researched… Miraculously surprising, both in flavour, in finish and persistence in the mouth, as in the proposal, every dish is characterised by its recognisable creativity.

This is the reason that Pavillon Ledoyen choose Annoncer

Annoncer is the right solution for perfect communication between our kitchen and service team. In addition, we save a lot of time. A nice part is that we have all the details of the table on our screen and we can easily share the guests’ wishes with the cooks.

What is your favorite functionality regarding Annoncer and why?

Clear information between service and kitchen. In addition, we avoid mistakes with allergies because we can assign the allergy to the guest at once, across the entire service.
